Interesting story, time travel, unusual but predictable. Some times you just want to bop the hero the head.
Fun reading.

I adooored this book. I have read almost all of Ms. Hill's books, but I really liked this one the most. 5 Stars! It's laugh out loud funny, w/a very spunky heroine who keeps her hottie Navy Seal hunk in line ... a very, very fun read. Lots of erotic love scenes and some very fun times with chocolate body paint (grin)...

The characters and story line are so well developed they almost leap off the pages at you :).. hope you will enjoy.

I've enjoyed other Sandra Hill time travel books and decided to read the Viking II series. All 10 books in under 2 weeks.

I gave this book 4 stars.

This is the sixth book in the Viking II series, and was highly entertaining. This is a story about Torolf Magnusson who has now somewhat been Westernized and enrolled into the SEALS program. He and some of his friends end up going back in time so he can exact revenge in his family's name against the villain who tortmented his sister, Madrene. Many laugh-out-loud moments.

Lt Torolf Magnussan travels back 1000 years to Viking days to assassinate a man who would have become the Norseman Hitler. Laughs, fun, romance and hoping to be able to return to their own century once the mission is complete.

I didn't like this one quite as much as Sandra Hill's other Viking/SEAL stories- it's heavy on the steamy scenes, that's for sure! Still, it's a pleasurable, amusing read, and Torolf is one hunky Viking SEAL!

This is a light romance, and must suspend sense of reality while reading. It is a great books for waiting in a doctor's office or waiting for a friend. You can pick it up and put it down without losing the thread of the plot. It is a fun read. Seals 1- Vikings 1.
