A great book for beginning running. Topics include how to breathe, where to run, staying safe, what to wear, what to eat, running road races, injuries and everthing in between. It also includes sample workout schedules. Very helpful.

Easy to read book on learning beginning to run. Not sure how in depth the information is compared to others - but nice stories to say that it is possible and fun.
