Jill Monroe's HQ Blaze, SEALED AND DELIVERED. The heroine runs a B&B.The spin-off (sister of the heroine of SEALED) just came out this month, SEALED WITH A KISS, but I don't know if the B&B is involved.

I know I've read others but am coming up blank at the moment.

Some of Metsy Hingle's contemporary/rom-susp novels are set in New Orleans and deal with the hotel business (family business). I'll see if I can come up with more.

Manhunting by Jennifer Crusie sort of fits, and is very entertaining.

Summer at Willow Lake by Susan Wiggs- the heroine is turning her grandparents' camp into a family camp, and there are lots of flashbacks to when she and the hero were campers at the camp as kids.

Jayne Ann Krentz has one but I'm drawing a blank on the title but it was good -t he hero used to run a hotel and the heroine has a small inn and the hero goes there to find his paintings his mentor left him and gets tangled in all the crazy stuff going on..one of my faves.

In Bitsy's Bait and BBQ by Pamela Morsi, the main character thinks she bought a B & B.  But it turns out to be a Bait and BBQ.

I just remembered, a shorter book by Nora Roberts From This Day, is about a woman running a B&B, and a motel chain owner buys it.
