One of THE best shonen mangas ever written - period. Action, humor, more action, pauses for dramatic effect... and a little romance and regret every so often to spice things up. Excellent characters, excellent drawings, and a superb storyline made this a manga definitely NOT to be missed! I collected all 28 volumes 8 years ago and have re-read it just about every year since - it's just that good.
A pretty slow start to the manga series, but gets better as you pick up more volumes.
