This is an interesting 2015 book that I picked up from the 'free' book truck at the branch library several months ago.  I had it on the shelf at the old soldiers home (we have few readers) where I pull books after eight weeks to make room for the other books that we may bring every week.  It is in odd condition, the cover is not faded and it is little read, but no DJ, and it is cocked /_/ (appearance if you are looking at it from above as it has been left on a table), sort of like a profootball lineman sat on it, hard. 

There are 23 wishes outstanding but a pb edition is now available so it should become more common.  I assume that if I offered it to the first person on the wish list that it would be unsatisfactory as most copies will at this early point after publication are likely AF with F DJs and I have no way to reach those at the end of the wish list.  If I hear nothing here I will return it to the branch library 'free' book truck for someone to take or perhaps take it to the VA hospital 'free' book truck, although they frown on hardbacks because of space considerations.   Thank-you--it is a well researched and written book.
