I had received a damaged book back in Sept of 2010, with significant water damage and a broken spine. I sent numerous requests to the sender and never heard any response. I marked the transaction as not resolved and yesterday I received an email that the sender had given me a credit to resolve the issue. Is there a way to go back and mark the transaction resolved? All I can see is that the account was marked.

No there is no way to go back and change the followup once it has been marked as unresolved. If the member ever has an issue with the Team, they can point out that they returned the credit and the Team can see that in their history. |
