I KEEP HAVING TROUBLE POSTING BOOKS, TRYING TO GO TO THE HOMEPAGE AND EVEN GOING TO MY WISHLIST OR REMINDER LIST.  IT IS SOOOO SLOW NOW SINCE THEY LAST WORKED ON IT.

I don't need any credits, but understand your frustration.  This morning as I was waiting for PBS to load, I thought to myself it was just like having dial-up service again.  Wonder why they can't get the slowness problem fixed? 

I don't need credits either, but I also know your frustration!  The site has been really slow lately & sometimes the pages won't even load for me.  I keep thinking they will get the issues resolved, but it seems to be worse at times than it was when the problems started (at least for me it seems worse).

I hope it won't make you decide to completely leave the site, but I'm afraid a lot of members will leave if the issues don't get fixed soon.

I have dial up and haven't noticed any difference at all. 

As a matter of fact, PBS is the quickest loading site of any that I ever try to access with my computer ever since I switched to accessing it with Firefox years ago.

And twice this past week, I visited the site from my library's computers and everything zipped right along - no speed issues at all. 

So I don['t think it's a problem across the board, which might make it harder for TPTB to fix.   Then again, I'm really in the dark when it comes to any 'tech' stuff, so any speculation on my part is suspect. :)

Anyway, hope they do fix the problem for the rest of you guys.

I have been having the same problem, errors out before I can get the site uploaded.  The other day, I posted multiple books and it timed out before they posted to my account, so have to repost them.  Not a happy camper!!

Thanks to all for letting me know I am not the only who is having problems with going onto the PBS website.  I did contact them again.  Last time they replied about a day ago and advised me to update my browser which I always do or use Firefox which I do not like.  Drop them a quick line and let them know there is still a problem for some of us.  Thank you all.
