This is where we post our wishes - maybe things we collect, something we can no longer find in our area, things we have always wanted etc, etc. No wish is too unusual (though common sense is appreciated!); you never know what will turn up.

We must all abide by these PBS rules :
You may not wish for money or money-like items such as gift cards, or for monetary donations for any charities.  You may ask for things you collect for charities, such as stamps, pop can tabs, etc., but you may not solicit funding. This includes donations for 'gofundme' and other fund-raising events.
No buying or selling or advertising. No spam posts.
No wishing for credits.  Credits are bought, sold and loaned only in the Book Bazaar forum, or use the PBS Kiosk to purchase.
Do NOT ask for books, since books are swapped on the site and book deals are made in the Book Bazaar. Sorry, but you may not ask for free books of any kind. (Unpostable books are given away in the damaged book thread of the Bazaar and sometimes in the RAOK thread.  There is also a Damaged/Unpostable Virtual Box in the Games forum.)

Our own RAOK rules: 
Please do not offer payment for the things you are sent, including postage. RAOKs are given freely, asking nothing in return except a thank you. You could pay it forward by granting a wish yourself.
Please limit your wishes to no more than 10. Lists could get very long. You can always edit as you go along.
Unlike many other forums, we ask that you do NOT reply within the threads. We do everything by PMs between members. This keeps the threads clutter-free and easy to use. When you come to this ***I Wish*** thread, you see wishes. In the ***RAOK*** thread, it's all about things we are giving away - simple and easy. And to protect your privacy, please do not post your address in the thread - it's all done via PM.
Please check in and answer your PMs. It's frustrating when people want to grant your wishes and don't hear from you!
PLEASE say THANK YOU to the person who grants your wish.  You may use our monthly ***Thank You*** thread, or you may acknowledge what you have received via a personal PM to the member(s) who granted your wishes. This is very important if you wish to continue to receive things from others.

Tips:

My wish this month might be a tad unusual. Lately I have been practicing meditation and mindfulness to help treat my anxiety and OCD. This month I welcome any items you think might benefit my practice. It might be some tea to sip before or after a session,  a quote to inspire, a tiny item that envokes calm, anything.

Hi Everyone!

Thank you all for everything you do! This is my birthday month...(Sept 17th)  I am hoping to tape up cards on the staircase as I think it would bring me so much cheer! If you are up to it and would like to send a card my way I would welcome it.

coupons for daughter in MD with newborn girl, 2 and 3 yo boys-- diapers, baby bath products, Cheerios, Special K cereal,  Perrier water, Dasani sparkling water flavors, Basic 4 Cereal, Raisin Bran (any brand),  silk or almond breeze milk, yogurt, fruit cups, applesause, frozen chicken products-- I will give you her address to assure she gets them before expiration dates.

I could use one of those polyester reusable shopping bags. They generally fold up into a cute little pouch (sometimes shaped like fruit) that can fit in a handbag.  If anyone has an extra, I'd appreciate it.  Wish granted! 

My mom seems to have had a mini-stroke (TIA) while a friend of mine was visiting her at her senior facility.  Thank goodness she was there as it could have been hours before someone peeked in on her.  The hospital tests couldn't find any evidence of an actual stroke though she showed all those symptoms you hear about-- one side of face droopy, weakness on one side of body, speaking gibberish.  She was kept overnight for observation and is home now.

9/22 --Making an emergency trip to IL to help with mom. She took a fall TH night at dinner and broke her nose and cut her chin and inside her mouth. Also she seemed to have another Tia the night before this fall. My sisters say though she can speak, her words are in random order. 

My sister who lives near her facility, Susan, is having a mastectomy on Tuesday for stage 1 cancer so other local family members are already committed to helping her.  

My wish for September is for 

Painted Rocks to put out here for the kids and adults to find and see where all they travel.

Lace remnants, at least 8 inches long.

Barbie doll clothes, particularly pajamas, nightgowns, bathing suits.  Already have plenty of dresses.

I only have one wish for Sept.My old summer camp has a craft space they call Makerspace and are always in need of supplies.I would like to get a big box full to send to them.They also use these things for their Halloween and New Years weekend camps.Any kind of crafting or school type supplies would be great.Paper,fabric,stickers,pretty much anything.Campers are aged 7 to 15.Thanks if you might have a few things.

I am studying for my Series 6 licensing exam so that I can get a promotion at work.  My test is Monday, September 18.  I could use good thoughts and wishes so that I pass this thing!  It has been a verrrrrry long time since I have been in school, and this is not an easy exam!  Thank you all very much!
