Ingredients
  • 1 PKG - SOFTENED LOW FAT CREAM CHEESE
  • 4 SHAKES - LIQUID SMOKE
  • 1 CAN - PINK SALMON
Directions

OPEN CAN OF SALMON AND DRAIN (I keep the juice for the neighbor cat) AND PLACE THE SALMON ON A DISH.

PICK IT APART AND REMOVE THE SPINE AND RIBS (The ribs are very soft so do not worry if you do not get them all/ make sure the spine is removed though). CRUMBLE THE SALMON IN BETWEEN YOUR FINGERS AND INTO A BOWL.

ADD THE SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE.

MIX WITH A MIXER TILL WELL BLENDED AND THEN ADD THE 4 GOOD SHAKES OF LIQUID SMOKE. MIX AGAIN TILL SMOOTH.

PLACE IN A BOWL AND REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR.

SERVE WITH RITZ CRACKERS

Yummy! It makes a great lunch - I spread it on Wasa Crispbread. What a treat.
