1 LAYER SLICED POTATOES, 1 LAYER SLICED ONIONS, 1 LAYER SLICED CARROTS, 1 LAYER CHOPPED CELERY, 1 LAYER RAW GROUND BEEF, SALT TO TASTE, 1 CAN CREAM OF CELERY SOUP. PLACE LAYERS IN ORDER GIVEN IN ANY SIZE CASSEROLE DISH. USE 1 CAN CREAM OF CELERY SOUP TO A 2-QT CASSEROLE DISH, BAKE 375 FOR ONE HOUR.

This is a great recipe. I made it yesterday, it was ready when I got home from work. I cooked it uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
