I really liked the lyrical quality to this book - the writing is superb. Even though I have never sailed, the story is compelling, the deeper thoughts are contemplative. Good read.

This is my favorite book of the thousands I have read. I admire the style and love the story. It is a medical drama while also a story of a family and a love between a husband and a wife.
