Don't let the "For Dummies" scare you off ... Tom Hopkins is one of the foremost writers and speakers on successful selling. His books and audio recordings are all worthwhile. This one is written for the beginning salesperson, but not for dummies ... apply your mind to what he wrote and you WILL profit from it.
