I bought this book in Hawaii after the owner of Kanaka Kava on Kona made some squid luau and served it to us. I asked where the recipe for this heavenly dish was found and he directed me to this book. We have since made that recipe 20 times or more, each time with our mouths wartering as long as it cooked.
