The baby projects are very cute. I just don't have children this age. There is a Cupcake Bake Shoppe project that would be adorable for little girls. It's a cupcake house for a family of tiny teddy bears. It's really cute and doesn't seem difficult to make, but alas, I don't have girls either. :) Anyone who likes cute, small scale teddy-bear projects would enjoy the first section of this book. There are some log cabin motif projects and also some other quilting ones. The teddy-bear ones are the best.

Instructions are clear and the patterns appear to be all full-size.
