Any book involving the Kratt brothers, Chris and Martin, is always good. In this book Chris and Martin go to Tasmania in search of the Tasmanian devil! The book contains several fun facts about the Tasmanian devil and good descriptive information about Tasmania and Australia. You also get to learn about other interesting creatures in the area like the Wombat, Platypus,the Kookaburra, the Koala, and the Kangaroo. There's even information about the now extinct Tasmanian Tiger. The photos are fun and exciting! The reading level is probably around 3rd grade, but that could vary depending upon the child. This is a fun book!
