Is there a way to search a request by its request #?  I have been ordering books about the planets for my grandson and he received one that I never requested. It's not on my transaction archive. It was sent alone with a PBS mailing label and a request #.  I was trying to search by request # but don't see a way to do it.  Thanks.

No, the sender probably reprinted a label for something they sent you already instead of a new label for that book. It won't be in your transactions. If you have the return part of the label see if the name matches a sender in your transactions. You can contact them that way. If that's the case they can give you a credit & the recipient's address to send to the right person. If it's not you'll need to use the 'contact us' link to reach PBS and let them know what happened.
