Is there a way to search/browse books by language -- e.g., books in French, books in Greek, etc.? Thanks!

Yes. In the Book Browser under Search is an option to select Fiction or Non fiction in other languages. Then a long list of languages.

When I'm searching for French books, I sometimes

tag a French book with a tag like "French language" and then click on the tag to see books other members have tagged with the same tag
search for a small French word that doesn't appear in English, such as "sans", "du", "au", "aux", "dans", "avec"
search for a French publisher
search for the word "French" in the title, then skip the early listings which will be about French cooking and teaching French. Later in the listings will be books with (French) at the end of the title line.
find a French book, order it, and search the member's bookshelf for more French books.
