I'm looking for a novel I started years ago but never finished.   The premise, if I remember correctly, was that Hitler had somehow survived the war and was trying to reorginize his forces.   Seems like it had an aged Hitler on the cover giving a speech to a fired up crowd.   It was probably a paper back original.  Sorry I can't remember any more.  

This was written in 1978, do you think this is it?
