I'm looking for a novel I started years ago but never finished. The premise, if I remember correctly, was that Hitler had somehow survived the war and was trying to reorginize his forces. Seems like it had an aged Hitler on the cover giving a speech to a fired up crowd. It was probably a paper back original. Sorry I can't remember any more. |

This was written in 1978, do you think this is it? The Trial of Adolf Hitler by Phillippe Van Rjndt Adolf Hitler survived the war and stays in hiding for years. He quietly builds the foundation for the fourth Reich, his final act? To appear before the world and stand trial for his actions. The novel was very realistic, and with the same thoughtful insight that went into stories such as "Inherit the Wind". The Fuehrer's defense was very intelligently presented. This book really makes you approach the events of the Nazi era with a different perspective. Last Edited on: 1/29/09 1:34 PM ET - Total times edited: 5 |
