Very disappointed in this book. I thought I was going to get all sorts of wonderful insight and back story on some of my most beloved children's authors.
Instead Carpenter seemed intent on persuading the reader, with no evidence, that they were a bunch of God-hating pedophiles.
I mean, I guess we have to sell our books and being salacious is the most effective means but I can't consider this book a credible source.
