Does ANYONE have this book??? It's been on my WL since day 1. I have been offered it twice and both times the sender has cancelled. I am about to cry because one of those times the sender asked me if I wanted it due to my requestor conditions and I said yes but they still cancelled it. I REALLY want this book - in ANY condition. At this point, I will tape it back together even if it's falling apart!

ETA: I have bought credits TWICE to get this book. I want it THAT bad!
