A truly awesome little book on Qigong (or, as the author prefers to call it "Chi Kung"). Very nicely put together. History, origins, and theory of Qigong at the beginning, then very clear explanations of style and techniques of the Qi building exercises with great full color pictures and graphics on virtually every page. Explains the meridian system very clearly and thoroughly, with excellent insights into Qigong's links to Traditional Chinese Medicine, meditation, and beyond. This is a handy little palm-size book that packs a lot into its 224 pages. It has a jargon-free approach that makes it all very easy to understand and follow, even for a rank beginner. I only wish there were a large print version I could give to my Mom.

If you want to get on the fast track to health and life-loving energy, synergy with yourself and your surroundings, I highly recommend starting with this little book. It will get you there quickly and painlessly.
