I liked this book, as compared to atkins, much better. I think it takes more of a south beach diet kind of approach, where you get more fruits and veggies than on atkins, and try for a little more balance. Personally, I've given up dieting and just try to leave out processed foods - its amazing how much that helps. But, if that's not your bag and you want to cut carbs, I'd recommend this one to Atkins any day. Its clear, the recipes are good, overall, and you don't feel like you're living on fried chese and beef jerky. :-) Enjoy!!
