Search - Seduced By Moonlight (Meredith Gentry, Bk 3) (Unabridged Audio Cassette)

Kind of heavy on the sex in the beginning, a good story emerged, and I was hanging on every word as the complex events came into shape.

I'm confused, and so far haven't finished the book. I mean, as I understand it (yes, please take under advisement that I haven't read the first two in the series), the overall plot in most of the series is Meredith needs to get pregnant. But what exactly is the plot of Seduced by Moonlight? Shouldn't I know that by cassette tape five? It's interesting with all sorts of drama in each scene, but what is the point of the book?!? I may finish listening to it, as I do dishes, but I am by no means drawn to find out what happens as there is no suspense for me. People get more powers and mystical relics, and people have sex. Oh and political posturing occurs. Okay. Very...lacking a plot.
But then again, I watch a few TV shows without a real plot...*shrug*
Just thought I'd share my confused opinion with everyone.
