I recieved a book in June that was water damaged. I asked for my credit back. I reported the book as "received but with a problem". Then last week (I have been with out internet since mid-October until today d/t a move) I was sent a PM from the member asking how they could give me my credit back. I looked and can not seem to find anything past 2 months. And obviously, this is way older than 2 months. I honestly can not remember what happened with the situation back in June. Does the system automatically return the credit if there was a problem with the book or is it up the members to "work it out"? I don't want to take a credit if it has already been issued to me, but on the other hand, I want my credit back since the book was water damaged. What should I do? |

The system does not give the credit back, the sender has to do that. All he/she has to do is go to your profile and hit the "give credits" button and do it that way. If you want to see your credit history, go to your credit registry located on your main account page. |

If she will go into the transaction archive and find the book she sent you then on the far right is a link that says Transaction Details, she can click on that and it will pull up the details then on the right side there is a button that says Give Refund if she will click on that it should give you your credit back |

Yes, your credit registry only goes back 2 months, but your transactions archive (on the same horizontal yellow bar) is forever. |
