Hi everyone, longtime PBS member here needs to clean off the real PBS bookshelf - it is overflowing. I'd like unlist some of my books to scale down my bookshelf but I was wondering if there was a way to tell how many copies of a book are posted. I have a lot of trade paperbacks that I'm guessing have many copies posted so I'd rather unlist those than a hardcover that only has 3 copies posted. I've looked around the forum but can't seem to find this topic so is there any way to tell how many copies are out there of a book you have posted? I'm not much concerned with my ranking, just want to make sure there are copies available to others if they want them before I pull mine. Thanks! ShawnMarie |

Put the book on your reminder list and it will show the number of books in the system. |

You could also run a deal on them. You'll save on postage and earn some credits and someone else gets a discount on books. |

You can put your books on your reminder list to see how many over all are listed in the system, but that does not tell you what number YOU are. It may say there are 100 books listed, but you would have to guess based on how long your book has been listed as to where you think you fall in that number. If you have had your books listed for 3 years or so, I would think you would be pretty high on the list, or getting close to the top. Of course that may be thrown out the window if it is a not very popular book and just sits without many people requesting it. Last Edited on: 5/25/11 10:05 AM ET - Total times edited: 1 |
