I have read many, and I mean many, self-help books and this one is THE one that spoke to me. It has changed my life. Definately a gem worth reading.

Wayne Dyer's best book! It's one I have kept on my bookshelf since it was published and would never give it away. There is a summary at the end of each chapter for when you just need a quick "pick me up" to getting your thinking on the right track! I highly recommend this book.
