Three recommendations, one new-ish, the others much older but obscure.

A Walk in the Woods with Robert Redford and based on Bill Bryson's book by same name.

The World's Fastest Indian with Anthony Hopkins.  Best, best, best movie.  Trailer here.  I saw an interview of Hopkins where he said this was his favorite role.  With reason.

And if you can get your hands on it, the original version of Shall We Dance?  The Japanese version, not the remake with RIchard Gere.  Trailer here.  Reading subtitles is a pain but this movie is so worth it.

We loved The World's Fastest Indian.  Have seen the original version of Shall We Dance numerous times.

What about the Australian Strictly Ballroom?  Another we watched many times.
