Excerpt: Mr. O'Connell concluded, amid great cheering, by moving the following resolution : -- " Resolved -- That a sub-committee of twenty-one members be appointed to take into consideration the most proper method of investigating, aud respectfully submitting to parliament, the alleged forged and fictitious signatures to the petition against the Catholic claims, to the House of Commons, by the Lord Mayor of Dubliu." Major Bryan seconded Jlr. O'Connell's resolution, which was agreed to unanimously. " Resolved -- That the committee be directed to request the aid of such of our Protestant brethren as may ke pleased to assUt in accomplishing the object of their report." CATHOLIC BELIEF BILL.
