Has anyone here really ever read a book that changed their life?  Seriously.  If you have, tell me about it.  I just noticed that I have 22 books on housekeeping and a dirty house.  I have two shelves of health books, and still can't seem to change my diet or exercise more.  Knowing what to do, just doesn't seem to equate to actually doing it.  If you feel the same, feel free to vent here!

I used to do the Basic 5 from The West Point Fitness and Diet Book.  Anyone ever heard of or used this system?  It's great, because you can do it in about 20 minutes, there is a progression, and if you want to work on a particular area they have specialized exercises for doing just that.  I used to enjoy filling out the form with date/#reps and such.  When you get really good at the old exercises, you learn new ones that are a bit harder, so it stays challenging.
