Yesterday I had gotten a request & I thought I would not be able to mail it until Tuesday, so I used the option to send later. I was able to mail it out today after all, but the tab to mark as sent is not highlighted to allow me to update the item. I had done this for six other requests in the last week (including yesterday) & it worked as it should for those requests. I also had one today, which I will not be able to mail out until later, but I noticed that it is going to have the same problem. Is this an issue with anyone else? How would I contact a PBS worker to reesolve this? It is not something covered in their Help section, & it states that if I do not mark the items as sent before the 18th, that I will not receive credit for sending them. So I am kind of on a time restraint to get this resolved.

Did you print the wrapper? Or access the address info? Until you do that, you can't mark a book mailed. |

If the mailed option is not there, you didn't print the label to that book. Do you have others that you mailed that you might have used the wrong label from? I had one I swore up and down I'd printed the label, sure enough it went to the wrong person. You can contact R&R and find out if there is a glitch in the system right now. That's what I did and they got back to me that the label had never been printed. I was then able to contact others that I'd recently mailed to and let them know an extra book might be coming their way so that they could notify me if they received it and we'd get it on its correct path. |

In the meantime, just push the button for "print wrapper" - that should fix the problem without you actually having to print a new wrapper. |

That was it. I never noticed that. before. Two of the books shipped in once carton so I only had to print one label since they were shipped in the same carton. Thanks guys!
