I ordered 3 books from a member, who PMd me that she'd received only the wrapper back without the books, plus a form from the POST OFFICE telling her to fill out the form so they can look for the books. Does she have to wait until the deadline set by PBS (which in this case would be Oct 11) to report books lost in the mail? Is there something I can do on my end, because there are 3 credits in limbo, and most likely sender is out 3 books. |

Teri - The sender can contact the Team, explain what happened and ask them to cancel the transaction - only the sender can request a transaction to be cancelled, the requestor can't. To contact the Team, tell her to scroll down to Company, click 'Contact Us' and from there click 'Send Us Feedback.' |
