I just joined today and I am confused how to send the book once I get a request for one of my books.  What is this about printed labels?  Is this something that I do with each book or what?  Totally confused. HELP.

Welcome to PBS - Below is the link to the help center that talks about how to send a book.   I recommend taking a few minutes and reading through the Help Center since it will give detailed instructions on how PBS works.

Mary's help doc is perfect.  We print the "label" or "wrapper" because it has the requestor's address on it.

You actually do not have to print it.  You can hand write the address.  But you must download the label.  The system will register that as printing the label.
