I sent a book to a requester and she hasn't marked it received yet. The USPS shows that it had been delivered. When I checked the names, it is a different name than what she uses on PBS. I contacted her and still haven't heard back from her as of yet. I just hope this isn't a trick.

The receiving member could be out of town or perhaps only has internet access at the library, etc. Be patient. If you purchased your delivery confirmation through PBS, then you have already received your credit. If you purchased your delivery confirmation elsewhere, then you will have to wait for the other member to mark it received for your credit.

Sometimes people order books and have them mailed to someone else, a family member or friend. There is nothing suspicious about that.

Yeah, when I've requested that a book be sent to a third party I always mark it received as soon as the sender mails it... for just that reason.  Maybe the requester just needs to call the person they had it sent to.

Or it could have been misdelivered, too. That has happened to me a couple of times, both with books I sent and books I was supposed to have received. Don't know where it was delivered, but it wasn't to me...and if it was just scanned delivered, be patient. Yesterday I got a book that had been scanned delivered 4 days before that and I only just got it. DC isn't proof that it was delivered to the right person, only that it was delivered SOMEWHERE.
