Just send her the correct book if you have it.

Also, the Help Center has a section on what to do if this situation happens.

What xengab said, and you just have to eat the fact that you had to mail two books separately because it was your mistake. If you no longer have the correct book then refund her credit and suggest that she just post the wrong book unless you really, reallly want it back, then you would have to send her an extra credit to cover the postage for her to return it to you.

Well, don't refund any credits yet.

If the other member was following the rules, then she did not mark the book received, she sent you a PM instead. So, you did not get the credit for mailing the book yet. So, it should still be an active transaction. In this case, if you have the correct book, mail it out to her. She will mark that one received when she gets it. If you do not have the book, then contact PBS to cancel the transaction. Her credit will be returned to her when the active transaction is cancelled.

If she marked the book "Received with a Problem" .... then there is no active transaction anymore, and you were given the credit for sending the book. In this case, it would be proper for you to refund the credit.

I don't get what her having no books on her shelf, that you want,  has to do with you sending her the wrong book. Just send her the right one.  If she hasn't marked it received, it'll go lost. She can mark it received when she gets the right book.  If you got a credit for it-then mail her the correct book.  Or buddy back the credit if she wants to order it from someone else.
