This was a great read. This was a real family in the revelation that their marriage was ending & coping with the reality of a new life. He handles the transition of a broken marriage & the responsibility of two girls & their view of the divorce & new life. He really feels the responsibility to let the girls know what is happening & why.

If you are someone who likes the memoir genre this is one you will definitely enjoy. A family man reflecting on the end of his marriage and the start of his life with nature was more intertesting than I initially thought it would be, and it was worth the read. Also, very interesting geographic details about the Tennessee area made for a more specific view of the middle-south.
