Finishing Openly Straight by Bill Kongsberg. Excellent read!

Going to start The Returned by Jason Mott. The blurb: "When their son Jacob, who died tragically at his 8th birthday party in 1966, arrives on their doorstep, still 8 years old, Harold and Lucille Hargrave must navigate a strange new reality as chaos erupts around the world as people's loved ones are returned from beyond."

Just finished Cinder by Marissa Meyer and thought it was very good.  Found the next in the series, Scarlet, and it, too, was very good.  On to the third in the series as soon as I can get my hands on it.  Also read The Silver Kiss by Annette Curtis Klause, nice good little read.  Read My Life Next Door by Huntley Fitzpatrick which was a slow starter.  As I surmised this romance with a twist had a predictable ending.  OK read but since I'm not a big romance reader others may enjoy it more than I did.

I will be finishing up Left Drowning on my way home tonight.  I REALLY liked it, but sort of figured out how it was all going to tie together.  And the story is definitely New Adult...a lot more graphic sex in it.  But the story itself I found really good too.  I guess I'm going to have to check out Flat Out Love now by Parks to see if that is as good as this was.

started Dualed this morning.  Finished THE LAST BOYFRIEND by J.S. Cooper over the weekend...a bit cheesy for a New Adult novel.

I finished The 5th wave. Its a book you don't realize you love until the end. While reading your just trying to figure it out. Last night I finished Blood Moon by Alyxandra Harvey. Its the 5th book in the Drake Chronicles series. I have to say it was my least favorite so far.

I just finished Blood Prophecy by alyxandra Harvey. The last book in the drake chronicles. I wasn't thrilled how she left it, and I wish she would have changed point of view more like it previous books. I'd say 3.75 stars.

I just finished Just One Day by Gayle Forman and loved it. I am so glad the companion to this book is coming out next month. I can't wait to read Willem's point of view. Highly recommended!

finished reading The Fall of Five last night.  I really enjoyed it...sat and read over 1/2 of it in one sitting to finish it!

Listening to Flat Out Love now and I am enjoying this one as much as Left Drowning.  I do like Park's writing style.

Has any read this one The Hallowed Ones :: Laura Bickle? It is very different, l liked it and put the second one on my WL. It is an odd mixture of genres, well done though. I would be interested to see how other readers like it.

Me either, Alice....  and it does get even more bizarre in the second one in some ways, but it definitely held my attention! :)
