Interesting book that details the life and death of the enigmatic "Black Dahlia", real name Elizabeth Short, in post-WWII Los Angeles. WARNING: this contains multiple pages of GRAPHIC photos of the dead, mutilated Dahlia (as well as another murder victim) - so be careful not to let any young children see this book.

The ending was pretty abrupt, but overall this was a fairly well written perspective on this case.
