Sex, Drugs & Gefilte Fish is a collection of about fifty stories or more from some of this generation's leading writers, comedians, actors, artists and musicians. Contributors include Laura Silverman, Michael Showalter, Andy Borowitz, Joel Stein, Ben Greenman, Darrin Strauss, and more. There's the story of a young fifteen year old male who gets caught by three Israeli soldiers with his pants down, literally. There's the one night stand with about a zillion stuffed Garfields staring from everywhere; the guy really had a Garfield addiction. There's a story for everyone. You need to be Jewish to read this collection. There's stories that will make you sad and some that will have you laughing out loud and others that will have you nodding your head; yes you've been there yourself.
I quite enjoyed myself while reading this fantastic collection. The stories are sorted by their subject, so there are several in each category which include but are not limited to sex, drugs, work and family. If your looking for a collection of stories that will keep you thoroughly entertained, you must pick up a copy of this one! And by the way, for those that don't know, gefilte fish are poached fish patties made from a mixture of ground deboned fish, in case you were wondering.
