This is Jane Goodger writing mystery under the name of Jane Blackwell. I prefer her historicals under her other name, but this surprised me. This book was very good.
This was my first time reading this author. I will look for future books by her because I did enjoy this one.
a really fun romance about a charming cook who gets a job for a movie star who staged his own death. She has to work for him secretly, of course they fall in love but he does not have the courage to reclaim his life so she gets a cooking show and leaves and he finally has the courage to come out of hiding and claim her. A fun read!
Leave to her to fall for a dead guy ... So cooking for a recluse isn't exactly the dream job of the century. That's okay with Rose Pisano. I really enjoyed this book. It was well written, the dialog was funny and very true-to-life, and the story-line was well conceived. I don't know if this author has written anything else, but I'll keep my eye out for more of her books.....just in case.

First time I read this author. I thought it was about a vampire but it wasn't.(my mistake). But is was still a good book to read couldn't put it down.
