A very curious account of Drinkwater attempting to prevent the escape of Napoleon to the United States. Meanwhile, he has to deal with some problems with several of his new officers. But there is some sea action as he fights a Russian ship and two French ships, or does he? Because the official records say it never happened.

All this make for an interesting story.
