Alas I have to give this one only 2* rating--I've read all of Maxwell's books and given them all 5* but this one I just can't do that:
This story just goes nowhere, it is slow and tedious with nothing interesting happening up to the halfway mark, that is where I skimmed a little and then I finally quit--now maybe I quit too soon but by the halfway mark shouldn't a book have you wanting to read more and turn pages quick? well this one doesn't do that and at that point I found it more boring than anything
So sad to give poor review for this one but I'll keep her on my 'want' list as her previous books are very good
