I thought this was one of Wendy Corsi Staub's most exciting thrillers!!! Once I opened the book & started reading I kept trying to set it down but found the book just pulling me back to pick it up! Read it in a few hours......make sure you set aside time once you decide to read this one.......it grabs you & doesn't want to let go!!! Definite 5 stars in my opinion.
I found it to be the same old run of the mill story that has been written by other authors and too drawn out, but then I think I'm just getting tired of this kind of story
I read the first two books in this eulogy and was excited when I received the third book. Unfortunately it fell flat for me. I just could not get into the characters at all. Needless to say that I did not finish it.
Book 3--Story line not always clear and a little confusing at times but still not a bad read.
By this point in the series you are thinking, really how much life altering events can happen to this family!!! Series work better following the police officers, FBI agents etc. that see crime regularly. This was a good story and I really love the characters, although Allison and Mack's kids appear to be getting whinier, but it felt too far fetched. glad it is the last one sine there is just nothing else this family can endure!
I hated this book. I read it to bring closure to the series.
