Has anyone else read this one? I found it listed in one of the links about Christain sci fi/fantasy. I read this one last year and as i recall i thought iwas kind of anti christian...i was surprised to see it listed as christian...so i am going to the library to check it out again and see if I missed soemthing.

I read it a couple of years ago and honestly I think the main reason it is listed as Christian fiction is because the author is an ordained Anglican minister. Also it might be based on the publisher - I can't remember who published it but certain publishers automatically mean a book is classified as Christian.

I didn't think the book was anti-Christian though. Not the first time I've read a Christian book that portrayed a member of the clergy as being an evil person. At least he got what he deserved!

I have the entire series now but haven't had a chance to read the rest of the books yet.

The book is definitely PRO-Christian.

 

I just found the guy's writing style to be very boring.  I had "Shadowmancer" and traded it on here.
