Got this book at the library. Had a very brief intro related to walking. Some brief descriptions of recommended stretches. Most of the book is related "toning" and strength exercises to compliment the walking program. Could have used more about starting and sticking to a walking program, recovering from injuries, etc. Seems like mostly geared towards people already in okay shape from all the pictures, which may not have been their intention. Didn't have much on what not to do either, regarding carrying weights. Didn't mention walking poles. Better websites out there with more info, this book is not recommended.
