This is the first I have heard of Personal Leadership but then I am seventy. I think we called it motivation and goal setting.

I began an inspirational blog- Christian perspective on adoption and celebrating life.  I am an adoptee and have facilitated adoption triad support groups for 18 years mainly for adoptees and birth parents and some adoptive parents have attended also.  I have also hosted online groups for adoptees, so am sharing a devotion weekly on an adoptee's faith journey.
