The medium used is Artist's oils Projects are: "Briar Rose" a tin container with a fawn looking at a tufted titmouse, sitting on a briar rose branch; "Classic Cottontail" a round box with a connontail bunny holding a white rose bud; "Grosbeaks in my Garden" are bookends with a male and female grosasbeak sitting on an apple branch; "Wickers Companion" is a round container with a white kitten looking up at a butterfly perched on a purple iris; "Portrait of a Petunia" is a heart shaped wooden stool with a baby skunk sitting amongst petunias; "Raccoons in the Tulips" is a watering can with two raccoon babies amongst red tulips. These projects are incredibly detailed but Sherry takes you through the brushes used and the techniques needed to get this remarkable lifelike quality.
