Star has written an honest and inspirational guide to getting prepared for the greatest relationshio in your life... She began a personal journey to reconstitiute her physical look, emotional stae and already strong spiituality. Candid about her health, heart and spirit, she shares the lessons she's learend on how to shine from the inside out.
