This is a good reading copy, and a very informative finely written book.  It's a hardback, with DJ very good condition except that it's EX-LIB. Tthe last page had a library card pocket, which was torn out, leaving that page with superficial damage; there is also a whited out stamp on inside of the front cover.  Bottom line--
