When I logged into pps, I saw this gray ! sign.  and I scrolled over it and it said "accuracy has been improved, shipping costs now deducted"  what does that mean? we pay less for shipping?

On your home page, there's a box that tells you how many credits you have, how much PBS Money you have, how much you've saved, how many books you need to mark received, etc.

The "accuracy has improved" message applies to the Savings calculation. They are subtracting the amount you've spent on shipping. So now it's something like:

$4.50 x (# of books received) - (total postage cost for books you've sent)

Hmmm, they must not have done mine yet...it's still saying I've saved $7,263.00. (Which makes me laugh hysterically....)

Oh arrgh! Phantom money... Well, it always was, anyway. Apparently, I've saved $3451.50 as of now. Too bad it's not spendable. ;-}
