I was a little hesitate to read this book because I was not sure what to expect from this author. However, I was pleasantly surprised on how much I really enjoyed this book. The story grabbed my attention and kept me reading until the very end. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a cute fun read.

I'm sure people are going to come to this book with certain expectations based on the author, but honestly this was a fun easy read that would be perfect for a trip to the beach (or the shore, if you will). I've read many worse novels this year. A Shore Thing isn't deep reading by any means, and I'm not sure I enjoyed the characters enough to read the sequel, but if you're looking for a quick, fun novel give it a shot.
